We are looking for a Testing Specialist for an Automotive Premium located in Wolfsburg Germany.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tests of automotive systems and ECUs in HIL (Hardware in the Loop), integration test benches and in vehicles
- Analyze and troubleshooting test results, identify and resolving issue in collaboration with OEM and internal teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supplier to ensure timely delivery of test results within project timelines.
- Provide clear documentation of test results and findings for internal and OEM use.
- Configure and maintain HIL setups and test benches to simulate real-world conditions for accurate testing of ECU.
- Analyze errors using multimeter, oscilloscope, diagnostics tools, etc..
- Create tickets for errors found during testing.
- Carry out Software updates using OEM tools.
Qualifications
- Candidate with Bachelor / Master´s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Automotive engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive ECU testing activities.
- Class B German or equivalent international driving license.
- Interest in configuring ECU simulation environments and HIL test bench.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN and Ethernet)
- Experience in Vector CANoe tool.
- Knowledge Tool: IDEX or ODIS , CPTool
- Analytical skills to interpret test results, diagnose issues, and defined effective solution if necessary.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Fluent English and German language.
