Your responsibilities You will be contributing to the overall product and brand strategy together with our Product Lead and Managers You establish processes and practices for realizing that strategy, and set the bar for quality of the UX You actively contribute to the development of brand definition and UX principles and ensure that they are appropriately interpreted through the team’s work You own the end-to-end product design process as an integral part of the broader product development flow You build and lead a team of dedicated Product Designers, who support several product teams building the platform You challenge design solutions and play an active role in design critique across consumer squads to ensure the very best in design excellence Your Profile You can look back on 7 years of experience in product design, ideally spent working with complex B2B software products You have experience in leading, scaling and developing a design team You are confident in articulating decisions and your ability to explain ideas clearly You are obsessed with the user and have an excellent understanding of user-centered approaches to product design You bring deep knowledge in the fields of accessibility, research as well as standards for UX and design You have excellent communication skills in German and English Our Benefits Being part of an exceptionally fast-growing product-led venture that's up to something big.
