About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Now Consultant (m/w/d) to join our clients dynamic team in Germany.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Service Now solutions that help our clients streamline their IT and business processes.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, customise workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

As a German-speaking consultant, you will support clients in the DACH region, delivering projects in German and English.

Key Responsibilities : Provide expert guidance on Service Now solutions to clients, aligning their business needs with best practices.

Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions, including customisations, configurations, and workflow development.

Design and implement Service Now modules, including ITSM, GRC, HRSD, and more, tailored to client specifications.

Lead and manage Service Now implementation projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and Service Now developers.

Qualifications : 3+ years of experience as a Service Now Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and architecture.

Proven track record of successful Service Now implementations and customizations.

Strong expertise in Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or Sec Ops.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.

Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (both written and spoken).
