Responsibilities : Managing customer satisfaction, engagement, billing, and contract renewals Identifying potential client leads and contacting them - Includes cold calling Demonstrating new features, campaigns, or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the company reach its productivity or goals Tracking and keeping up with account invoicing and potential revenue growth Acquire and grow existing and new business work with team lead to drive revenue targets Qualifications and experience : Minimum of two years of experience in one or ideally at least two of the following functions: Account Management / Sales / Customer Support Ability to communicate in a structure manner across departments Work experience with customers and building relationships Outgoing but structured Experience with Managed services and/or Software as a Service (Saa S) products and associated business and pricing models Experience working in a high-growth environment and process/change management Competencies : Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise assignments Good at teamwork, team is everything for us You are a self starter Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German Excellent analytical and communication skills are required Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
