You are a hunter, technically savvy, results-oriented and interested in helping to shape the operational and strategic development of sales?
Then this role is just right for you!
We are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) who will act as a link between product and customer IN UK, Nordics and potentially Benelux. Your task is to convince potential customers of our solution, including at the detailed process and technical level. You actively support the sales organization by presenting our solution concepts and are thus an essential part of the sales process and the decision-making process for the customer. In this role, you also act as a link to product management and software development to optimize our portfolio. Configuring demo systems, presenting them and conducting customer workshops are your daily bread. You find it easy to analyze the process-related challenges on the customer side and to explain the added value for the customer in a solution-based manner with the help of the software.

Your tasks
You take over the technical topics from the internal sales managers and prepare the handover to our technical departments on a project basis
Our AI software solution inspires you and you convince customers and interested parties of our solutions in a national and international context.
You analyze customer requirements, configure demo systems and independently conduct customer workshops.
You discuss customer feedback and product requests with colleagues from the sales team and the technical departments.
You keep up to date with new, innovative products/services and have a clear view of our competitors' range of services.
Your profile
You have a relevant university degree (e.g. business informatics, business administration) or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
You are experienced in dealing with customers and in conducting customer workshops.
You are currently working as a presaler/consultant/product manager in the software and/or retail industry - ideally in the fashion industry.
You are familiar with the presentation of products in need of explanation (ideally SaaS) and can identify and argue the relevant customer benefits.
You are able to independently present business cases and configure demo systems.
Very good presentation skills in German and English and ideally other languages are a prerequisite.
