About the Role
We are seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for an AV integration company with operations across the Northeast. This is a hybrid role based out of Andover, MA and is heavily focused on scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication—not hands‑on technical work.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable supporting field teams and managing multiple moving parts. Prior experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or installation work is a major plus, but the role itself is fundamentally administrative in nature.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an administrative point of contact for incoming service requests
Create, update, and manage service tickets and work orders
Coordinate scheduling and assignment of internal technicians and subcontractors
Monitor open service activity and follow up to ensure tasks move through completion
Support preventative maintenance programs and recurring service schedules
Communicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and vendors
Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates in internal systems
Assist with basic service agreement tracking and renewal coordination

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
