About Welgo: At Welgo, we're dedicated to promoting sustainable mobility for families through our high quality cargo bike subscription service. We started in Paris and Brussels, now cover several cities in France, Belgium, and launched in Berlin in 2024, where we are basing our german soft launch.
We are looking for individuals motivated by the opportunity to learn AND impact urban mobility locally.

Duration: Up to 6 months, based on profile we could do a Mandatory unpaid internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for less than 3 months.

Location: small office in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.

What you will do (and learn):
Manage day-to-day sales operations for our subscription business. (connect with customers doing online demands, coordinate logistics, including maintenance needs and customer service support.)
Co-Create Social Media publishing content and lead the content creation
Collaborate with the FR- and BE-teams to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer experience

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program requiring an internship.
Being eager to learn and perform
Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Fluent German speaker, Fluent in English; French is a plus.
