Responsibilities
Performance & Growth
Develop our performance marketing strategy – from planning through execution to data‑driven optimisation of campaigns.
Analyse results, draw learnings and use them to continuously increase reach and leads.
Content & Communication
Conceptualise content strategies for our website, social media and ads, and implement them independently.
Create video, image and text content for platforms such as Linked In, Meta and Tik Tok.
Manage newsletter and e‑mail campaigns – from copywriting and design briefing to automation.
Collaborate closely with design, sales and product management to ensure a consistent brand image.
Qualifications
Tools & Skills
Cap Cut or Adobe Premiere – edit reels, shorts & ads, add subtitles, end screens and overlays.
Figma – adapt existing templates or design simple ad variations.
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager – plan, create and optimise campaigns based on data and performance goals.
E‑mail marketing – write compelling newsletters, work with tools like Hub Spot or Loops and understand automation for lead nurturing.
