Job description
Manage the ST inside sales and quote activity in assigned product families in support of the EMEA Distribution Sales Unit. Quote in synergy with ST Product Divisions, Marketing and Sales to achieve the budget, market share gain and customer satisfaction.
Implement the ST pricing strategy for your assigned areas to ensure the best pricing efficiency in terms of margin and competitiveness.
Expand your knowledge base for the assigned product families, the market requirements and trends, the ST competition, pricing guidelines and resale analysis.
Meet or visit Distributors, as needed, to support communication of rules and guidelines associated with the ST quote process. Prepare and present Distributor Quote performance results on a regular basis.
Meet or visit Marketing and Division colleagues, as needed, to align on pricing and market trends and establish applicable quoting guidelines for your assigned products. Prepare and present Quote Escalation performance and Price Matrix effectivity on a regular basis.
Profile
Experienced with Microsoft Office Programs
- Advanced knowledge & skills in Power BI, Excel and MS Access very beneficial.
Experience with SAP and other business management programs (i.e. SFDC, Model N) a definite advantage
Some limited travel could be expected.
Limited work from home possibilities.
Priority Management, Teamwork, initiative expected.
Additional languages not mandatory but beneficial.
