Job Responsibilities1.3 PL Management : Responsible for the management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance incl. identification and onboarding of suitable partners2. Reporting and Integration : Effective reporting on daily performance and identification of opportunities or continuous improvement3. Capacity communication and coordination : Establish a close communication mechanism to coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth delivery operations.4. Exception Handling : Lead the handling of various exceptions in partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact. Job Requirements1. 3-5 years of experience in logistics and third-party transportation management, with strong capabilities in managing and monitoring transportation suppliers, and the ability to maximize turnover efficiency based on business models and scenarios.2. Highly sensitive to cost, experience, and service, with the ability to address unexpected situations and unusual issues.3. Strong analytical skills and experience in creating actionable reporting4. Proficiency in Office software applications, including data analysis and management.5. Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication and coordination skills.
