The role will lead and accelerate our business in Germany (and likely the broader DACH region) in close collaboration with the head office. The role has multiple responsibilities such as business development, delivery of search assignments, marketing, thought leadership. What we’re looking for The position will further lead and accelerate our business in Germany (and likely in the broader DACH region) in close collaboration with the head office. The role has multiple responsibilities such as business development, delivery of search assignments, marketing, thought leadership. Key qualifications and attributes A clear passion and interest in the Digital, Data & (Gen)AI ecosystem is fundamental – experiences as a data practitioner or consultant are a plus. A strong affinity (and preferably first experiences) with Executive Search, an interest in people and the human side of leadership – previous experiences in recruitment are not required but are obviously a big plus. A consultative salesperson with a strong footprint into the German business landscape (big corporations, Mittelstand, start & scale-ups, etc.) – an existing network, an ability to develop a market, to deliver an outstanding service, to land new deals while focusing on quality rather than quantity. An entrepreneurial individual who is eager to write the successful Uman Partners story further in Germany (and broader DACH region). Finally, we’re looking for an independent individual who can work autonomously and with a strong self-drive. Result-oriented combining short, medium and long-term vision.
