Title: QC Digitalization Project Lead (ELN / LIMS)

Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of ELN solutions across multiple QC laboratory sites as part of a global digitalization programme
Define project scope, requirements, and support development of the business case for QC digital initiatives
Support vendor selection, system evaluation, and implementation strategy for ELN and future LIMS integration
Review and assess historical project documentation from previous digitalization initiatives to re-align programme delivery
Collaborate closely with QC, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment
Drive standardization and harmonisation of QC processes through system implementation rather than process redesign
Support preparation for broader LIMS rollout planned for 2027
Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), and Computer System Validation requirements
Provide guidance on digital solutions across QC workflows including sample management, data acquisition, and system integration
Your Requirements
Strong experience delivering QC digitalisation projects (ELN, LIMS, CDS or similar systems)
Proven track record managing multi-site or global digital transformation programmes
Strong understanding of GMP, Data Integrity, and CSV within regulated environments
Experience bridging IT and QC environments, working cross-functionally with both teams
Background in IT/digital with knowledge of QC laboratory operations preferred
Experience with vendor selection, system implementation, and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
