Your Responsibilities:
Processing orders Acting as a liaison between various departments, field representatives, and customers Handling customer complaints Managing customer accounts Responding to customer inquiries Requirements:
Completed commercial training and professional experience in administrative processing or similar fields Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT tools Team player with strong communication skills, commitment, and sense of responsibility Quick learner Willingness to travel (including internationally) What We Offer:
