At our Braunschweig  site, we successfully develop and manufacture innovative products that reinvent driving comfort and safety. To drive our growth and further development, we are looking for you to join our team.

These challenges await you
Disciplinary and technical management of the system team at the site.
Defining the areas of expertise and the development strategy for the team.
Identifying and developing the potential of the team as well as the individual team members
Hiring new employees, taking responsibility for the targeted induction and further development of employees
Responsibility for system and component development of innovative active safety functions (system design, specification, development, integration and testing), taking into account functional safety in accordance with ISO 26262
Coordinate system behavior and functional requirements with internal and external project partners
Monitoring compliance with project specifications for system development (deadlines, milestones, quality)
Supervision of change and defect management
Creation of development documentation according to Automotive SPICE
Coordinate, support and control internal and external development partners as well as other services in the product development process
Are you ready for it?
Successfully completed degree or doctorate in a technical field (electrical engineering, computer science) or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the field of system development in the automotive industry
Very good knowledge and practical experience with system development for automotive controls with microcontrollers, ARM-based architectures and various memory standards and their networking (CAN, Flexray, Ethernet) and general automotive standards (diagnostics, calibration)
Several years of experience in customer management and networking as well as communication skills with the customer both in acquisition and ongoing projects.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach, communication and teamwork skills in internationally staffed teams, employee leadership
Organizational skills, a high degree of flexibility and sense of responsibility
Confident handling of change management, defect management and version management systems
Experience in requirement management in DOORS
Very good knowledge of Automotive SPICE
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel

    Braunschweig (deutsche Aussprache: [ˈbʁaʊnʃvaɪk] (hören)) oder Braunschweig (aus Niederdeutsch Brunswiek [ˈbrɔˑnsviːk], Braunschweiger Dialekt: Bronswiek) ist eine niedersächsische Stadt nördlich des Harzes am äußersten schiffbaren Punkt von der Oker, der ihn über die Flüsse Aller und Weser mit der Nordsee verbindet.
